Other than that, the Rusty Rifle is a classic or the warehouse north of town with the roof access for water barrels and farming. Have multiple floors. Firstly, you should try to find a base near a water source, like a lake or river. While you can take infinite water from any sink in the early days of the apocalypse, the water will eventually shut off in Project Zomboid.Try the fire station in Rosewood, if you can get a handle on the zombies in town and clear out the fire station you are right next to the police station and have a huge backyard for farming and other needs. Also fire station has literally everything you need including meds. I’m about a month in living at the fire station pretty comfortably.It's one of the very best I've seen, and he's built some of the best safehouses/safetowns I've seen. Anyway, The warehouse has 3 floors, a nice balcony, full kitchen and bathroom, and a wealth of storage. The biggest thing to overcome with the warehouse is that it is almost always surrounded by vast hordes of zombies.if you head to Muldraugh, the Mass-Genfac building is right at the edge you'll approach from, and is an excellent base location and has lots of factory loot. 1. The Online Project Zomboid map is a helpful tool that displays all locations, including the Secret Military Base location. I also recommend using this life-saving tool to help map the best route to the base. There are a ton of locations to explore, and the map is filled with secrets. There's like 4 high story apartments surrounding a school with high fences all around so it's taken very little to block off an area around one apartment building and I even have lots of car parks. 5.
