Engine does not smoke so guessing compression is good. Came with an aftermarket carb when purchased. I purchased a second aftermarket carb to negate carb condition issues. Air Fuel screw 1 1/2 turns. Idles fine but once you get to quarter throttle and above it stumbles. 2004 Eiger 400 backfires. Just got it with only 500 miles.:laugh: $1400 so I think I did good. You have to choke it to start it. Does run OK after warmup but will backfire after hard use. Going to change oil, oil filter, air filter right away. But it sat a lot of its life.2002 Eiger 400 Carb Problems still.
